Collaboration with Equilibrium Brewery.
When your homies from the Hudson Valley reach out to whip up some Hop Sauce you agree without hesitation. The Masters of all things Hoppy, we set out to weave together our DIPA recipes, Data Points mixed with Junction. We took their Mosaic forward liquid and commingled it with our new hop love, Nectaron. Beautifully Hoppy, other side of the pillow soft, and perfectly balanced. Sip, Relax, Imbibe, Repeat.

A: Pours a hazy murky slightly milky medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate burnt orange + dark golden yellow + bright orange + bright yellow + apricot + peach colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy pillowy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thick film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/orange + tropical/passionfruit + stone fruit/nectarine + tropical/pineapple hops over the top of light aromas of herbal hops. Moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + oat + wheat malts with moderate amounts of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + oat + wheat malts with moderate amounts of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/orange + tropical/passionfruit + stone fruit/nectarine + tropical/pineapple hops as well as light flavors of herbal hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away very quickly leaving moderate lingering tropical + stone fruit hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of cream soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light to moderate amount dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasant creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with lots of tropical + stone fruit + citrus hops and just a hint of herbal hops.
