This Fruited Oat Cream IPA, was a bear to brew but it is delicious. Brewed with over 50% flaked oats, essentially liquid oatmeal, and then hopped with Cashmere and Waimea for some tropical punch hoppiness. We aged this IPA on passionfruit, pineapple, toasted Macadamia nut, and just a dash of nutmeg! No milk sugars were used in this beer... but it's a thicc and decadent one!
