This one is for the brewers! If you haven’t worked around a ton of rice or grains before, then you probably aren’t too familiar with rice hulls. Rice hulls are the hard, protective covering around grains of rice. In brewing, they are most commonly used for their filterability when doing an all-grain brew with a high percentage of wheat or oats. “Got Rice Hulls?” has become a fun inside joke among our back-of-house team, so when it came to brewing this super hazy IPA we knew exactly what we wanted to name it.
Got Rice Hulls? Is an easy drinking, hazy IPA OVERLOADED with oats and wheat and dry-hopped with El Dorado, Tallus, and Vic Secret.
