Imperial Stout aged in Castle & Key rye whiskey barrels, then rested on coconut, macadamia nuts, cocao nibs, & vanilla bean.

Draft at Urban South. Poured an opaque, jet-black color with a small, light brown head of foam. It left sticky patches of lace on the glass. it smelled of sweet coconut, macadamia nut and vanilla. Very sweet taste with nutty flavors and coconut. Some whiskey flavor and oak adds some balance.
