Pours a clear pale amber with dissipating foam. On the tongue it is not quite spritzy enough, and there is a thickish mouthfeel. Aroma of cereal and roasted malt. Flavor is pleasantly malty and grainy. Not really any detectable bitterness, but there might be a faint hoppy taste as it seems balanced enough in flavors. Overall this is quite drinkable but seems to be lacking in crispness and sudsiness. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 5/13/25.
