Dry Hopped Lager
Hops: Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfruh, Loral.
A bright lemon and floral hop presence floats above a field of the finest german pilsner malt. Noble spice contributions usher in the dry, sparkling finish.

I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at Chuck’s Hop Shop Seward Park in Seattle.
Appearance: light golden hue with a moderate haze and a thin layer of light foam.
Smell: softly malty with a nice bit of lagery yeast and a grassy hop aroma. I like it.
Taste: yeasty malt flavor with a green, grassy hop flavor that complements the yeast well. Soft and balanced.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: an absolutely solid hoppy lager. Easy drinking and a civilized ABV. I’m very much into it.
