Polish Smoked Lager
Brewed entirely with oak-smoked wheat malt and Polish Lubelski hops, our rendition of this classic Polish light beer only breaks from tradition with the use of our favorite lager yeast. Grodziskie's showcase prominent smoky character, while being smoother and more approachable than the beechwood-smoked rauchbiers of Germany. The low alcohol, high carbonation, and wheat make for a light-bodied yet silky smooth mouthfeel.

Clear pale greenish yellow brew with abundant foam. Very smoky at first sniff and same When you taste it. Cereal flavor underneath and moderate bitterness that increases along with the smoke as you sip. The smoke takes over everything, not a bad flavor but just too much unless youre drinking by a fireside in Zakopane.
