A: Pours a clear golden/yellow color. A small white head forms that recedes quickly. Some nice lace is left behind.
S: Sweet, plastic phenols up front. Light, nondescript fruity esters. About as generic as an American Saison can be.
T: Plastic phenols again. Really sweet, almost sugary if that can happen. Not much else to note. Lack luster is all that comes to mind.
M/O: A light to medium body. Moderate carbonation that is soapy, and oily. Not coming back to this. No definition, and not sure how they can call this a Saison?
Maybe they should try Saison Dupont before trying to make this style? Thats all that needs to be said...
