4oz pour at the brewery.
The color is beautiful and quite unique; garnet is a start to describing it. It’s like dark amber, minus any bugs. The head is also a nice light tan affair.
A little funky, spicy, herbal, yeast, dates, clove.
Banana, clove, bubble gum yeast, subtle bitter date
Very fizzy, thin body.
Interesting dark Saison, the date flavor is not strong.
