L: Had this on-tap at Fine Creek, poured into a pint glass. Had a dark amber color and a cloudy consistency. There was a small amount of foamy, off white head that quickly dissipated. Very solid lacing.
S: An interesting, if odd, aroma of malt, honey, spices, and a lightly funky quality.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of malt (present throughout), a good shot of honey, some mild spices (pepper, it would seem), some minor, funky yeast notes, and a tinge an earthy quality. One of the stranger saison flavors I've tried, mainly due to the honey. It works and it doesn't; the other elements aren't as powerful as the honey. Not bad, though.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a slightly slick finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This one could have been better, but is still likable. Drinkable.
