Not sure if this is a rename of the House Cultutred Grisette, but was listed as this on website.
An obscuring light cloudiness fills the dulled golden body of this beer. Only a thin ring of white head lasts, with barely a spot of lacing.
Lightly tart citrus fruit nose with a floral aspect to it. Slightest hit of funk.
Taste has a clean hay-like opening that gets a twist of citrus and then a little farmhouse action.
The beer fills out a little with the tartness, but is still fairly light. Plays just a little bigger than its 4%, though, to me.
Not sure if this is intended to have a wild ale aspect to it, but it seems to. This throws it a bit out of line with most Grisettes I’ve had, but might be acceptable within the style. Light and enjoyable as a slightly dry and tart farmhouse beer.
