TerraForm poured into a Hill Farmstead growler on 2/21/19. Opened on 2/23/19.

I poured some of this bottle into a long stemmed TreeHouse glass. It's a muddy, yet golden-straw with a dense white haze. Little white foamy cover is a bit odd, perhaps it's due to being poured out of a 750 ml bottle? No foam cover...the head just spreads out and disappears.

The aroma hits me as pretty strange...
A sour wheat and sour fruitiness is very obvious in the nose. Lemmon rind, white grapes and sweet citrus is pretty much it.

I wish I could say the flavor was different...but...
It's a bunch of sour, tangy wheat, bitter graininess, grassy hops that seem to linger... pithy citrus and hay. Wish I more to report...Except I'm pretty disappointed because I'm usually really happy with Foam.

Bitter melon, pithy citrus rinds, sour wheat...etc. ??!! And a sour, bitter, strange after taste that is just not giving with me.

The feel is right on, thick, smooth with a dry, bitter bite. The mouthfeel is right on.

Overall, I'm not impressed with it's strange pithy aspects in the extreme.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a bright orange color with a one finger foamy white head. Subdued glossy semi-foamy lace in a ring around the glass. The aroma had some orange and grapefruit rind, fairly bitter with some honeydew, and then some pine and subtle crisp spice, somewhat earthy. Sly malt backbone. The flavor yields to some tropical sweetness initially and then opens up into the bitter rind. Earthy spice lays in the background a little bit more. Well blended aftertaste. Quick semi-dry finish. On the palate, this one sat between a light and medium body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. AIPA bitterness hits like juice. ABV felt appropriate as the brewer suggests. Overall, nicely done AIPA that I would love to have again.

Served on tap at Foam.
Pours a nice bright and very hazy medium blonde with generous soapy head.
Aromas are dank, some light tropical fruit notes, bits of citrus.
Flavors are a bit more complex. Some nice orange zest in there.
Mouthfeel is nice.
This beer is a really nice standard IPA. Maybe a bit more brightening in the hop profile would improve. An excellent beer.

Pours a completely opaque bright orange color with a 1-finger white head. The head dissipates into a nice ring around the beer and leaves some solid lacing.

The aroma brings loads of orange rind, grapefruit, and sweet honeydew melon. The back end is subtly piney with some spiciness from the hops.

The taste is a melon and grapefruit bomb. Some orange peel. Finishes bitter with a touch of grass.

The feel is medium bodied with moderately low carbonation. Has a nice, sticky coating around the mouth. Finishes mildly dry.

Overall, a very impressive IPA. This definitely has a slight Hill Farmstead feel to it. Very good and definitely worth seeking out.
