A: cloudy; medium gold in color; less than a 1 finger ivory head that receded to a very thin, big bubbled collar; OK lacing;
S: peach and apricot; as it warmed, I got some licorice;
T: peach and grapefruit up front; as it neared the finish, peach was prevalent and stayed dominant through the aftertaste;
M: medium bodied; light to moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: aroma was the best part;

The appearance was a pale burnt bready orange color with a thin finger’s worth of white foamy head. Evenly dissipates nicely, leaving some structured ample concave lace. The aroma had some clean sweet grapefruit pulp initially and then light notes of watermelon and then far underneath a delicate pine. Clean cereal malts there for balancing. The flavor consists of a sweet dryness between the hops and the malts. Bittering piney hops are so far underneath, they barely balance. Semi-sweet dry grapefruit to watermelon aftertaste. Quick wet sweet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Nice carbonation. ABV felt right. Overall, nicely done AIPA by a brewer that always seems to get this style down exactly right.

L - pours a brooding orange with a murky brown tint deep within the core of this beer.
S - pungent spicy pine and orange rind. Slightly bready, getting Trillium/OH vibes.
T - raw, gritty, pithy orange and lemon. Spicy malty tang that's reminiscent of faintly singed orange peel. Honey and marshmallow sweetness complement the dank, juicy, ripe pineapple backbone. A breath of fresh air on the finish with grassy buttering dryness. Toast lingers.
F - great mouthfeel. Foam stays true to their mouth-watering name! Soft and creamy, classic NEIPA, but with an extra lusciousness that makes this beer seems juicier than it actually is.
O - great showcase of flavors and sensations to create a NEIPA that's not so much a NEIPA due to its malty, pithy, and bitter character. Everything plays well together in harmony. Foam is well on their way.
