A-Straw yellow with some white head that remains after pour
S-Aroma of candied orange and lemon with a musk and tang soured element that is subtle. Orange creamsicle component as well
M-Juicy yet somewhat dry mouthfeel with medium body and low end carbonation
T-Orange creamsicle is what best described the flavour with a tang sour note as well
O-Solid brew respecting NEIPA style

Canned on 12/7/2022. Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. It pours a murky, dirty tangerine color with a two-finger cap of fluffy, milk-white foam and thick, clinging lacing inside the glass. Its aromatic nose offers lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, and sweet, creamy vanilla ice cream. The taste reminds me of a tart creamsicle with the bitterness of the grapefruit and lemon and some resinous pine juxtaposed to the sweetness of pineapple, melon, and creamy vanilla. It's extremely well-balanced. There is a slight peppery bitterness throughout. I wasn't able to discern the hop bill. It's creamy and medium-bodied with pleasant carbonation, and it drinks very easily for 8.2%. Overall, Like Clockwork is a very fine New England IPA from a very accomplished brewer and I was happy to source it locally. It's definitely worth trying if you have the chance.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft head.

Smell is juicy and fruity. Notes of mango, citrus, pineapple and a hint of vanilla.

Taste is fruity, juicy and almost a bit tart. Notes of citrus, nectarine and passionfruit. Very soft bitterness, extremely drinkable.

Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.

Overall, an IPA that is very easy to drink, but lacks a bit of kick.

Canned 9/23/21. Let sit out for fifteen minutes before opening.

Hazy yellow, with one finger of long-lasting white foam, that leaves some spotty lacing.

Smells of grapefruit, lemon, and slight biscuity malt.

Taste is pineapple, grapefruit, kiwi, lemon , white grape, star fruit (carambola - btw, where has that gone? Haven't seen it in ~ forever. ) . Moderate bitterness towards finish, and lingering beyond.

Feel is medium, but seems light, and easy-drinking for the abv. Initially lightly creamy, with moderate, very, very fine semi-soft carbonation bite coming in midway. Slightly drying finish.

Overall, just a pleasure.

Canned 13 days ago.

L -- Pours a hazy straw body in the glass with 3+ fingers of rocky off-white head produced with moderate pour. Decent retention and minimal lacing
S -- Yellow grapefruit, almost-rotten tropical fruit, lemon sorbet, hint of booze, earthy dankness
T -- Earthy and citrus rind upfront, bit of wildflower honey mid-sip, tapering astringent pineapple on the finish with moderate bitterness
F -- Medium- mouthfeel, medium carb. Bit watery around the edges, but not too bad
O -- Another decent but not outstanding offering from these guys
