On tap at the brewery. This was poured into a stange. The appearance was a thick pale yellow color with a finger and a half’s worth of white foamy head that held and fell off at a decent pace. Sliding ringy lace in strings. The aroma had some lemon pulp sweet and bitterness. Light white pepper, semi-sweet biscuits and an ample amount of semi-sweet grassy hop components flowing nicely into the mix. The flavor was a nice blend of the sweet to spicy of the prior mentioned aromas flowing freely into the aftertaste and right on into the finish. The palate seemed full on the body, still, with a fair sessionability about it as the ABV wasn’t distracting and seemed on par for the what the brewer projected and for the ability to quaff a good bit of this at a time. Overall, well, damn, this was absolutely awesome to me, though a bit of a heftier feel I would love to crush this again!

Poured on tap at the brewery.

Pours a lightly cloudy golden straw color with a finger of pure white head. The head is gone very quickly, leaving a solid ring of lace around the top of the glass.

The aroma brings notes of lemon zest and orange rind, followed by some mild grassiness. The back end is straight up freshly baked bread from your grandmother's oven.

The taste starts off with plenty of citrus, followed by some peppercorn spiciness and a wave of doughy biscuits.

The feel is medium-light bodied with decent carbonation. Crisp and refreshing, as it should be.

Overall, a solid and refreshing lager. A pretty straight-forward, Americanized version of the style.
