750 mL growler. Hazy orange. Smells sweet with a little tropical fruit and candy sweetness. Tastes a little more dynamic. Bright citrus, lemony hops that blend with a more resiny hop flavor. Less sweet than I thought. A little boozy. Medium, maybe medium heavy. Good, though not quite flavorful enough to justify the sweetness and alcohol.

Growlette brought home and poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a murky to semi-bright yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that glistened and slid off mildly to leave some sly running lace here and there.
The aroma had a huge lemon sweet pulpiness gracing some hints of mango and then sliding in underneath some of that fresh evergreen scent. Light bready malts brushing ever so faintly.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side wanting to glance at the evergreen but seemingly sticking to the lemon/mango aspect. Nice smooth quaint lemon to mango aftertaste with that faint evergreen lieing in there pretty far underneath.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt appropriate. ABV did feel as projected. Pretty nice smooth transition from the lemon/mango silky sweet mobility to the evergreen, ultimately brushes the finish as I expected.
Overall, that's a pretty nice DIPA well worth my time.

pours out straw color with dense bright white head.
is there lemon in here? big time lemon peel and some sweetness provided by bready malts creates an almost lemon head like flavor. some grapefruit, doughyness, green floral qualities, pine. interesting IPA, not my favorite flavor profile but still well done.
