On tap at Foam Brewers in Burlington, VT.
This one pours a dark and deep looking reddish purple, with a good level of lacing.
This smells like very slightly sour blackberries, with jammy sourness on the nose.
This is very simple. It has clean and jammy blackberry all over this, with a slight sourness, mild lacto and mild funk, and not much else. It's simple and it isn't complex- but it's still super tasty.
This is slightly creamy, with a good level of carbonation, and a really high level of drinkability.
Does Foam make a bad beer? No, no they don't.

Growlette to three different tulips.
The appearance was a semi-dark murky purple color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a moderate pace. Lace clung nicely but did slide after a little bit of warming.
The aroma had a thick pure blackberry puree sweet to tart sort of character up front. Sourness came about with a tickle of some grassy features. Light lemon underneath.
The flavor presented a nice blend of the sweet to tart to sour qualities roaming all together to play absolutely awesome. Wonderful aftertaste of the blackberries seeming to just topple the rest of the lemon and grassy qualities.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionable to sipping sort of feature rolling all about. Carbonation felt good, perhaps just a touch lower, but I liked the level of it. ABV felt appropriate. Finish was all about the blackberries.
Overall, what a lovely fruited sour ale with the blackberries boldly taking this beer to it's next level extremely nice.
