On tap at the brewery.
This was poured into a tall tulip.
The appearance was a nice looking hazy to semi-murky orange to peach skinned color. Mild toned semi-white to nut skinned color of a head sat atop and slid off at a decent pace. Some lace appeared in a slight speckled form.
The aroma had a semi-sweet arrangement of papaya, mango, some pine and peach flesh - all coming together fairly nice to allow a slight juicy to semi-bitter rind following through ever so slightly.
The flavor presented a spectacular blend of the prior mentioned aromas to finely have a bittersweet overall fruity fleshy to semi-juicy character. Slight aftertaste of the mango to papaya and a hint of soft sweet pine.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Nothing too distractible as there wasn't any alcohol flaw. Carbonation was nice and low as suspected. Mild peachy to papaya soft sweet sort of finish.
Overall, very nicely done DIPA by none other our Foam Brewers. I would love to have again.
