On tap at the brewery.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a nice looking semi-hazy burnt orange to copper color with a semi-sustaining finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off moderately. Some messy to almost stringy lace.
The aroma had super nice authentic blend of orange, clean notes of white wine, light peach, and a saturated sweet malty crackery note.
The flavor leaned towards the sweetness of the blend of the hops and the malts, semi-juicy with a fine bitterness, absorbent and nice. Moderate aftertaste of the peachy to white wine and orange-like notes.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fine sessionable to sipping quality about it. Carbonation was nice and low as suspected. ABV felt on par. Finish was semi-juicy, brisk and having a substantial bitter orange rind-like quality to it.
Overall, very nice DIPA well worthy of having again.
