The appearance was a semi-milky yellow color, small white foamy head and this slid off fairly quick. No lace.
The aroma had some acidic sour pomme fruits, subtle tartness, shaved citrus peel and turning into some juicy grapefruit on the back end. Subtle grassy notes.
The flavor moderately leaned towards a sour acidic fruity character, green apples/white pears with skin. Slight aftertaste of sour acidic fruits.
The mouthfeel was fairly strong in its sour acidity thus showing it to be more of a sipper. Good carbonation. Mild sour grip on my tongue. Sour acidic finish with some fruits.
Overall, I could see myself coming back to this and would want to based on trying to figure out all of the individual fruits portraying themselves in this. Until then, this stands for now.
