Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a modest opaque burnt orange/yellow color. Small cap of a little white foamy head slid slowly to leave some concave lace.
The aroma had some passionfruit, pineapple, lemon juice, papaya, and some vanilla coated biscuits.
The flavor showed a great strength between already named fruits in the aroma to show sweet and bitter portions finetuned towards each other. Some aftertaste of pineapple, papaya and vanilla/biscuits.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with some sipping quality about it. Nice low carbonation as expected. Finishes with pineapple, papaya and those vanilla/biscuits, slight dryness.
Overall, nicely done New England styled DIPA, I'd have again.
