On Tap at Foam. Pours a slightly hazy bright yellow with over an inch of frothy head. Lots of lacing. Spicy aroma with some orange peel and pear. Has a slightly Halloween/Thanksgiving feel to it. The taste isn’t as sour as expected. Way more pear flavor this time. Some sweetness from the wheat along with some cinnamon and coriander. Orange peel and Korean pear finish. Reminds me a bit of a Hefeweizen. Low carbonation with a light mouthfeel. Overall a solid Weissbier.
