Re-released in 2020, Another Trip Around the Sun 2018 is an 8.0% Double IPA brewed for our 2nd anniversary. Dry-hopped with Citra & Nelson. This beer bursts with aromas of sweet orange, mango, marzipan, pineapple and white wine. The flavor follows, reminding us of a tropical citrus sorbet and Spring days. Moderately dry and with a clipped finish, Another Trip Around The Sun leaves you refreshed and wanting more. Lively and crisp yet soft and full bodied.

Canned 4/20/23. Hazy golden orange. Good head retention and lacing. Smells of ripe fruit and juicy melon. Taste is strong and bitter, like a nice West Coast IPA hugging a New England IPA. Despite the west coast bitterness, the mouthfeel is tempered and it goes down easy. I am glad they re-release this beer. Nicely done. Cheers!

Recanned for Foam’s anniversary, 2018 version canned 4/21/21. One of the most flavorful, super well-balanced IPAs you’re gonna have the pleasure of quaffing. All the description above hits it, but I wanna add it ends in the almost pillowy marshmallow Fluff creamy aftertaste. It’s a dangerously drinkable 8%er that’d be easy to get lost in its pleasures after a third. Too good—melded together soooo perfectly.

Moderate to vigorous pour yields a one inch white head over a very murky light golden body with fleeting lacing. Nose of tropical fruit, citrus, and white grape. Taste of citrus and white (sauvignon blanc) grape. Nice feel and overall, I'd recommend this to any and all hopheads out there. Cheers to this recreation of Foam Brewers' 2018 anniversary beer!
