This is a mixed culture farmhouse ale that was blended, fermented, and aged in our American oak foeder using techniques inspired by the Solera process. The resulting beer is refreshingly tart and emits strong notes of fresh peaches, apricot, plum, and funk.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a glossy bright copper clear color with a small cap of a little white foamy head that slid off fairly quick. Not much lace as that seemed to just slide off pretty quick.
The aroma smelled like a fine meshing of peach flesh and skin with a bright full sour and tart quality noting some plums and apricots. Ended with a little bit of grassy hop effects.
The flavor was moderately sour with that bright tart peachy to apricot underlying sweet character. Some grassy funk entered nicely for a light balance. The aftertaste was sour, tart with plums, apricots and peaches.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fine sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt on par. The ABV felt just where it should be. Finish was sour, tart and plum-like without any pucker.
Overall, really nice American wild ale, well worth my time and money.
