Growler brought home and poured into a stange and a pokal. The appearance was a pale yellow-ed wood. There was a finger's worth of white foamy head that swiftly dissolved and didn't provide any lace.
The aroma had a wonderful blend of sweet to zesty lime up front with a stifled sour wheaty portion. Subtle salt underneath.
The flavor yields to the sour and sweet meshing, the lime to sour-ed wheat. Saltiness, once again, is light. Mild sticky lime to sour aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about light bodied with an awesome sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt on par. Finishes very lime forward but I really liked that.
Overall, very nice gose to style with a Foam Brewers creativity about it.
