On tap at the brewery.
The appearance was a chill yellow hazed color with a slim cap of white foamy head. Barely any lace since the head fell off fairly quick.
The aroma had sweet chunky pineapple up front, pretty juicy then an underscore of tangerine trying to balance. Sour lemon rind brings further complexities noting some sly grassiness.
The flavor yields to the sweetness initially then develops a light sour to tart edge playing with the lemon to pineapple to tangerine arrangement. Soothing juicy to tart lemon, tangerine and pineapple aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a great sessionability about it. ABV felt delicate enough to deliver a low carbonation and yielding to a refined tart to sour finish with a semi-sweet pineapple finish.
Overall, what a wonderful fruited sour well worthy to slam multiple doses of this beer this time of year.
