On tap at the brewery.
The appearance was a thick pale yellow-ed paper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off fairly quick. Moderate lace.
The aroma had some orange juice, sweet and bitter grapefruit juice then some bitter resin.
The flavor blends the prior mentioned aromas fairly sweet with a substantial bitterness coming from some grapefruit rind and resin. Smooth juicy orange aftertaste with a touch of resin.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt low enough to be a New England styled pale ale. Smooth juicy orange finish.
Overall, a very nice New England styled pale ale. I heard they put oats in this and that seemed barely noticeable. I'd have again.
