From a 750ml growler, filled at the brewery 10/10/18. Served in an imperial pint pub glass.
Pours a thin-appearing, hazy pineapple-mango colour with a finger-and-a-half or so of extremely light, fizzy head. Retention under ten seconds, no collar, no lacing, just fucktons of active carbonation. A scarily unique appearing DIPA!
Smells of light, sweet crackery malt and fruit salad, orange, peach and strawberry. Not particularly robust, but pleasant.
Taste is sweet and juicy, in a stickily sweet sort of way. All of the citrus is present, orange, lemon, grapefruit and lime, as well as peach, mango and berry, and a substantial shortcake-like maltiness. Sweet and dank, with low bitterness. More bitterness comes at the finish with grapefruit rind and just a hint of spruce.
Feel is juicy and sticky, medium bodied with a smidge of boozy warmth in the gullet. Maybe I blew out all my carbonation by pouring it too roughly but I found it to be under-carbonated causing the stickiness to verge on syrupyness.
Overall, pleasant enough, and at 8.2% it sure gets the job done, but not one of my favourites from this brewer.

On tap at the brewery.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a nice looking dark yellow/light copper color with a sly finger's worth of white foamy head softly dissipating to leave some light stringy lace.
The aroma had some a sweet to semi-tart lemon crisp hoppy tone overcoating some grassiness and fresh pineapple juice.
The flavor melded semi-sweetly into a sly bitterness then seemed to slide into a crisp tart lemon wedge-like quality. Slight aftertaste of lemon, orange, grassiness, and pineapple.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping to semi-sessionable sort of character to it. Appropriate carbonation and ABV. Nice smooth to crisp sort of lemon-like juicy finish.
Overall, very nicely done DIPA well worthy of coming back to.
