A mixed culture wild ale fermented and aged in oak for 8 months. During aging, we added local elderberries from Thornhill Farm in Greensboro, VT, giving this beer a bright red, almost pinkish hue along with strong tart berry flavor.

On tap at the brewery.
The appearance was a nice looking dark pink close to bright red color. Nice semi-thick two finger white foamy head glided off at a good pace. Light trickling lace glossed the sides of the glass.
The aroma had sweet and tart elderberry up front. Bold and enthralling, and a light strawberry to balckberry underscore helped make this beer smell absolutely amazing.
The flavor had a fantastic balance of berry sweetness and tartness. Some sour character had a nice dose underneath. Mild aftertaste of sweet and tart blended berries.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Good carbonation and ABV. The sour pucker factor maintained a light underneath score. Slight tart and sweet berry finish.
Overall, an amazing fruited sour ale well worthy of coming back to preferably in warmer weather.

Served on tap at brewery.
Pours a gorgeous glowing ruby color with slight haze. Half a finger of pink head.
Aromas are a lot of beautiful yeast. A bit of berry.
Flavors showcase the berries a bit more. Perfect level of sourness.
Mouthfeel is excellent.
Overall...a gorgeous sour beer with local fruit. Incredible.
