From a 750ml growler, filled at the brewery 10/10/18. Served in an imperial pint pub glass.
Pours a hazy pineapple-gold with about a finger of bubbly white suds. Retention is just OK, leaving a fizzy little cap and virtually no lacing.
Sharp zesty nose of soda cracker, kiwi and lemon.
Taste is in line with the nose, tart and sweet with kiwi, lemon, thyme and soda crackers. Juicy with bhang water dankness and exceedingly low bitterness. Finishes sticky sweet.
Feel is juicy, mouth-coating and slick, medium-plus bodied and brightly carbonated. Just a hint of boozy warmth in the gullet.
Overall, a nice, smooth easy-drinking NEDIPA. Takes a couple of crackers afterward, though, to get the slick stickiness off my tongue.
