A- Hazy pineapple juice pale yellow pour from the tallboy into a beacher. One finger foam layer with decent retention. Small island and thin sheets of lace.

S- Bright, zesty, fresh and juicy fruit hops that lean toward tropical, tart stone fruits with some citrus and dankness. Melon, passionfruit, coconut, tart tangerine creamsicle and mango.

T- Suggested tartness in the aroma not found here and it takes a bit of sweetness on for a juicy overall flavor. Passionfruit, grapefruit, guava, melon, creamsicle, coconut, cantaloupe, orange and weedy onion. Medium-low sweetness, cracker, zesty oily bitterness and grassy bitters.

MF- Light to medium overall with a foamy texture and moderate carbonation. Fairly high bitterness in the end.

Juicy, zesty and overall a well balanced and diverse set of hops flavors. No dusty powdery acrid flavors and Foam hitting the spot right now.

What can be better than NE mosaic double IPA? Fruity slightly spicy taste with a flowery nose and clean aftertaste. Extremely well-hidden ABV. Very well made NEIPA.

16 oz. can.
Canned on 09/05/19.
Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a cloudy golden body with sticky lacing. Nose of tropical fruit (guava), sweet citrus (orange, tangerine), and slight grass.
Taste mirrors nose with additional flavor of a bit of pineapple with an orange peel and bitter citrus pith finish. Nice feel and overall, a more than decent job from the foamy ones. Cheers!!

A:
It pours a hazy Orange with a finger of short-lived white soda-ish head.  Meh retention; some slobbery lacing. (3.75)

S:
Lemon, guava, grass clippings. (4)

T:
Light fruitiness with some green hoppy flavors coming through more prevalently, mango skin, orange flavored tums. (4)

M:
Smooth and a little creamy with a medium body and moderate carbonation. (4)

O:
A solid IIPA.
None of it was super bright which is what I was hoping for, but it is good and fruity-creamy nonetheless. Decent looking. Neither bitter, nor too earthy, but not sweet and fruity either. A straightforward, drinkable beer. (4)

From a 16oz can, dated 04/04/19. Served in a Foam-branded cervoise.

Pours like a thin, pulp-free OJ with about a scant finger of soft and soapy suds. Retention is meh, leaving a thin, slippery sheet of lacing. Doesn’t look like much.

A bright, fairly robust aroma of yeast, cut flowers and fresh fruit - peach and kiwi spring to mind but I could probably rattle off a dozen others, it’s just that I’m thirsty and I want to drink my beer.

Taste is soft and mildly sweet with just an edge of tartness - peach and kiwi were a good call, to which I would add strawberry and sweet orange zest. There’s an unfinished yeasty character to the beer which, rather than detracting, somehow enhances or compliments a very slight booziness - if that makes sense. Fruity, flowery, yeasty, low bitterness with a tart, zesty finish.

Feel is bright and juicy, no more than medium bodied with fine, tingly carbonation.

Overall, good stuff. Not one of the great ones, and there are some rough edges - which, oddly, is part of its appeal - but I’d very most quite definitely have another.

Poured from the can into a tulip.
Pours a glowing and very hazy deep blonde/golden color with one finger of head.
Aromas of dank blueberry and hops.
Flavor is really nice and showcases Mosaic really well. Zero bitterness.
Mouthfeel soft and and incredible.
A beautiful beer overall.

L - pours a dark orange brown with a giant-bubbled head. This won't last long.

S - ripe, hot damn. Really pungent dankosity. Onions, garlic, spicy kalamata olive. Maybe some pimento in there too. Smells like some musty-ass bleu cheese. Wow this is potent.

T - wow, more of the same. Ammonia and eye-watering cheese sweat. Tangy, spicy, ruby red grapefruit peel. Distinctly garlic and olives all the way. Follows the nose to a T. Pure hop juice. Harsh, consuming bitterness sneaks up as I stand perplexed at the flavors. This is the definition of mosaic.

F - a little too airy for my tastes. Feels artificial in how it foams up at the drop of a hat, but the overall body is decently smooth and creamy.

O - this is a weird one. It definitely pushes the boundaries of mosaic with some off-kilter flavors, but in a surprisingly refreshing way. Well, not refreshing in flavor, but refreshing in "hey, this is something new".
