Can. White head with a little lace. Hazy yellow golden color.
Hop powder. Melon rind. Mango. Orange citrus. Very light flavored, but the abv shows. Not really into this. Just seems watered down in flavor, but still tastes boozey. Kind of glad I didn’t buy much foam on my recent trip. Not impressed.

Canned on 02/09/22 stamped on bottom of can. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A; Moderately hazy golden with 2-finger off-white frothy head with good retention and a solid stripe of lacing at the top of the glass.
S: Excellent aroma with pineapple, guava, lime, and orange with a definite berry note. Esters are moderately intense with fruity > floral quality.
T: Flavor is very enjoyable and includes pineapple, orange, lime, red grapefruit, and lemon with a lot of strawberry and blueberry in the late-palate and finish. Mild polyphenol character. Esters are less prominent in the flavor with more floral qualities. Alcohol is well-hidden. Bitterness is low.
M: Stellar for the style, extremely smooth and creamy. Carbonation is moderate and body is medium-full with a soft finish.
O: Think I’m in Love by Foam Brewers is a very good double NEIPA — it’s good enough to have two in a row. Great beer which is a refined take on this omnipresent style.

Picked-up a single can at Craft Beer Cellar in Waterbury Vermont for about five dollars. My sixth brew from these guys. Canned on date of 2/9/22. Good, not great.

Think I'm in Love
Foam Brewers
Date: 21 May 2021
This beer is 42 degrees, and I use a tulip glass. The pour created a frothy and airy white head with excellent retention. The head dissipation left some lacing on the glass. The color charts around SRM 6, straw yellow with light golden hues. The clarity is somewhat hazy, with a few carbonation bubbles visible.
The aromas are malty sweetness, oranges, floral esters, a touch of pine resin, a slight hint of grapefruit, tropical aromas (not sure which), toasted crackers, bready, and slight dankness.
I taste bread, dankness, peaches, pineapple, orange peel, resin, floral esters, bready, grapefruit, subtle pharmaceutical, lightly toasted malts, and herbal notes.
The mouthfeel is astringent and crisp.
The body of the beer is medium-plus, medium carbonation, and has a lingering pleasant finish.
The beer has excellent hop flavors and balances the style effortlessly. The hops are not overpowering but keep the aggressive hops in check. A pleasant DIPA.

I received a can from @Roy_Hobbs. Canned on 5/12/2021 so exactly one month old. Poured into a pint glass. It pours an opaque, bright, grassy yellow with a thick, foamy, ecru-colored head and generous lacing. The smell is big and fruity with lemon, lime, tangerine, and soft floral hops. The taste is equally impressive: lots of lemon and tangerine, along with grapefruit and pineapple. For a single-hopped IPA, it's highly flavorful; the Mosaic is used to great effect. There is a nice dose of acidic, hoppy bitterness at the finish. It has a soft but rich mouth feel with pleasant carbonation, and the 8% ABV gives it good substance without being too heavy. Overall, Think I'm in Love is a terrific DIPA from a very impressive brewer. I'm glad to have had the chance to enjoy it.

Glowing medium to light yellow in color with loads of fluffy white foam with excellent retention and lacing. Aroma is bursting with tropical and citrus notes. Taken together, the look and smell make this a very inviting beer. Taste is largely what you'd expect from a Mosaic hopped beer, but it's still very well done. Grapefruit and other citrus notes. Not crazy complex, but not to its detriment. Very soft, pillowy feel. I'm not normally a big IPA fan, but this is really good.

4/14/21 dated, freshie tall can...great to be able to fine Foam cans (on a limited basis) at fine (ok boutique) beer spots in the general NYC area.
Full on hazed NEIPA kinda pour, frothy and lasting cap, then leaving a load of assorted lace and sheeting,
Sweet and ripe pineapple juice sniff.
More of the same on the palate and as it passes thru the mouth...sweet pineapple juice, mango, kiwi, stone fruits, mint...delicious nectar from Foam....love all the beers I have had from and this one did not disappoint.

Pours a pale, banana peel yellow with two fat fingers of foamy, yellowed head. Good retention and soapy lacing.
Clementines, white pepper, pine needles and dankness in the somewhat muted aroma.
Sweet tasting up front with sugary, candied orange, followed by a hit of earthy dankness and dough that seems modest at first but then becomes quite vivid.
Medium bodied with a strong, bubbly carbonation that’s noticeably sharp.
Sort of an odd duck. The orangey sweetness seemed a bit too much at first, but then the swampy dankness began to take over. Interesting qualities, but not in the best balance to my preferences. Appreciate the opportunity to try it nonetheless.

Can from Jeff, thanks again.
Hazy lemon gold in color with a thin bubbly white head that slowly recedes. Orange tangerine and pith with hints of sweet bready maltiness. I'm not in love with it to orangey and a bit sweet.

16oz can dated 8/20/20.
Pours cloudy gold with a short head of white with average retention and dotted lacing. Dank melon, orange, and pineapple in the nose. Medium bodied with a tacky, almost syrupy mouthfeel. Overripe citrus on the palate with a slightly malty backbone. Melon, orange pith, and candied grapefruit. Finishes a bit sweet with lingering melon and malt.

L - Like a juicy cloud of toprical fruit
s - An herbal/medicinal mix with a predominant tropical pineapple scent
T - Very in line with a very good NEIPA. Zesty pineapple, some grape, melon rind
F - Thick NEIPA goodness with a medium carbonation that suits the beer and its style
O - A really, really good NEIPA. I love Foam Brewing but Foam has honestly been hit-or-miss for me. This is a major hit. I hope I can continue to enjoy this consistent quality and great representation of an IPA from them.
