The 7th in our experimental series of one-off canned offerings. While we are constantly developing new beers and learning through detailed observation of draft offerings in the brewery, the Bonus Track series allows us to experiment with new hop varieties, malt, fermentation, and other practices, in a package that you can take with you. This iteration flaunts generous dry-hop additions of Lotus, an exciting new hop variety that boasts flavors of orange creamsicle, grape, and a medley of tropical fruit. Combined with a touch of Waimea, Citra, and Motueka, we find the result to be as enticing and vibrant as the hops' namesake flower.
