We brewed this beer when our friends and neighbors to the north, Brasserie Dunham visited in March of 2019. We look forward to sharing it with all of you.

Can to tulip.
The appearance had a nice looking burnt yellow/orange hazy color with a small white foamy finger's worth of head. Lace was semi-thick and sliding.
The aroma had some lime to lemon sweet and pulpy juiciness running through some sweet grassy and creamy vanilla wafer qualities.
The flavor took on the sweet qualities of lemon, lime, grassy and creaminess. Slight aftertaste of lemon, lime and cream.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Appropriately carbonated low for a New England styled IPA, this beer finishes with some lime, lemon, creamy stickiness and a touch of grassy hops.
Overall, nicely done New England styled IPA I'd be willing to come back to.
