Lagered for eight weeks and lightly dry-hopped with a blend of Loral, Czech Saaz, and German Spalt, this is a beer fit for a celebration.

Poured into a lager glass.
The appearance was a fairly bright yellow color with some transparency and fast rising carbonation that was seen. Slight foamy finger's worth of white head. Fell off and left some mild lace.
The aroma had some grassy to floral semi-sweet to semi-spicy qualities bouncing off each other to adequately blend. Light biscuits with noticeable dry hopping.
The flavor leaned into each portion of those aromas very nicely - semi-sweet, floral, crisp dry hopped, and spicy. Light aftertaste of semi-sweet biscuits, floral and dry hopped quality.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a very good sessionability about it. Nice carbonation. Fantastic finish of biscuits, some dry tones, and light hop spice.
Overall, what a great pilsner that I really it for me. However, I must admit, it is a bit different than a traditional German pilsner.
