Re-released for our 4th Anniversary, Another Trip Around the Sun 2019 is an 8.5% Double IPA brewed oats, wheat, and lactose, and triple dry-hopped with Citra, Galaxy, and Nelson. We originally released this banger last years for the 3rd Anniversary.

My third fave of the 4 anniversary Another Trips (2018-2021); of the four this has the least overt citrusy notes; in fact I get a lot of peach in the taste. The lactose is pretty upfront too—which I admit I’m a fan of. 2018 and 2020 are still the tippy tops of the ATATS series so far but this is a worthy brew needless to say!

Moderate pour yields a one inch slightly off-white head over a murky light golden body with some lacing. Nose of mostly citrus (orange, ruby red and white grapefruit, tangerine) and a bit of tropical fruit (pineapple and passion fruit.) Taste follows nose fairly close with the passion fruit flavors coming forward and finishing with pith of all the citrus (and peach!) Nice feel and overall, another fine, aromatic and flavorful offering from Foam Brewers with this, their 2019 anniversary beer recreation.
