Reviews all over the map. No doubt sweet, but original. Jumps out at you.
a) Largish white wide bubbled head, but fades to nada over cloud yellow body with ample lacing
s) Pineapple, whipped cream, meringue, lollipop.
t) Follows aroma, pineapple upside down cake is the word! Somehow I get satisfaction with this sweet brew. Ample Vanilla arrives in the finale.
f) On the better side of lactose IPAs.
o) The sum is greater than the parts due to originality, Pastry chef's beer. So glad I tried it!

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Bradford's in Plymouth for about seventeen dollars. My ninth brew reviewed from these guys. Canned on date of 8/4/22. Very good.

Poured from the tap at the Burlington Foam Brewery.
L: very hazy, golden orange
S: orange creamsicle, notes of vanilla
T: initial flavor is strong pineapple and tropical citrus, slightly milky flavornote, that transitions to a creamy orange flavor that ends with a slight vanilla aftertaste.
F: Light mouthfeel, sticky towards the end
O: Overall, a tastey hazy juicy IPA if you like creamy/milky tropical citrus flavor.

A perfectly very fine easy-drinking 6.5% IPA. Foam IMO shines with their doubles, so I’m trying not to knock this. Tasty and worth a try.

From a 16oz can, dated 11/12/20. Served in an IPA glass.
Pours a cloudy-hazy, super-pale and watery-appearing orange with two fingers of frothy, egg white-like foam. Retention is unremarkable, leaving some minor spit-like lacing.
Strong aroma of grape koolaid... wtf?
Tastes like lollipops. I know it’s supposed to be pineapple but I get Welch’s grape juice. Let’s just skip right ahead to mouthfeel and get this over with.
Feel is thin and tacky, medium-sticky bodied with ample fine carbonation.
Overall, nasty.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a yellowish color and an extremely cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Below average lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of tropical fruit, hops, vanilla, malt, and citrus fruit.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish, but overpowered by the fruit elements), lots of tropical fruit (pineapple, in particular), a moderate amount of hops (not overdone, but certainly present), a surprising amount of vanilla, and some citrus fruit (orange, especially). This is a light, sweet, creamy and lively flavor. Delicious.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a smooth and creamy finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A thoroughly enjoyable IPA. Drinkable.

16 oz. can.
Canned 03/12/20.
Moderate pour yields a fleeting, 3/4 inch, off white head over a hazy body with no lacing. Nose of pineapple upside down cake. Taste mirrors nose pretty closely with a pineapple tart finish. Mouth feel is nice for a lactose IPA. Overall a good stab at a milkshake IPA and would recommend to all those who enjoy IPAs with lactose.
Cheers!
