Sour Ale brewed with pink Himalayan sea salt and fermented with Ruby Red grapefruit and dragonfruit.

Lightly hazed peach-tea color with a fat finger of white head that’s quick to fizz away. No lacing.
Sour aroma with restrained grapefruit and a slight floral, tropical note — like a very mild passionfruit.
Tart tasting with relatively strong cracker malt character and nice dash of salt. Very slightly sweet. The grapefruit and passionfruit-esque elements are there, but both in the background.
Light bodied with a nice burst of carbonation upon swallowing.
A fine gose, but not on the same level as their NEIPAs, IMO.
