a pleasant gose here, not too sour, even my dad liked it, refreshing, and done with pink sea salt, kiwi, and lime. i think the lime is the dominant element, but the salt and tartness are nice too, this almost drinks like a margarita, nice for the summer, and the low alcohol is on point, i wish for more beer like this in the world. its got some deeper color to it, an orange tint, and a nice head from the tap. aroma here is puckery citrus and lactic tang, lots of fresh lime, more zesty and essential oily than fleshy and acidic, and there is a cool floral note here. its hard to smell kiwi, more of like a honeydew melon thing for me, and the bigger wheat malt base is also evident here. clean enough in the fermentation and the souring, nice job with that. the flavor is lime driven for sure, but i do get some neat tropical character from the kiwi and a little bit of sweetness fighting to hang on. i love how low the acidity is, more drinkable than most of these because of that, and i like the high carbonation and round body as well, this feels great for the style, and the salt plays an obvious role in that too. i like the inclusion of the kiwi, something a little different here, but i do wish it was just a little more forward in the flavor mix. other than that, this is summery and drinkable and delicious, juicy and refreshing, yum.
