We dry-hopped BT21 with Mosaic, Galaxy and Simcoe, giving this beer an array of enticing aromas of tropical fruits. Despite its low abv of 3.8%, Bonus Track: 21 is packed with hop character and notes of candied melon and cantaloupe. This is the refreshing IPA we’re going to this weekend while kicking back and enjoying some late fall foliage.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and has slight bits of amber hues. It poured with a half finger high frothy white head.
S: Moderate aromas of honeydew melon are present in the nose along with notes of mangos and tangerines.
T: The taste has strong flavors of honeydew melon along with notes of tangerine and hints of pineapple. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This New England IPA is very juicy and is bursting with lots of different flavors despite its low alcohol content.
