On tap at Foam Brewers.
They poured this into a stange.
The appearance was a beautiful ruddy semi-golden burnt yellow color topped by a small maybe two finger white foamy head dissipating at a fine pace. Some lace finely glossing the sides.
The aroma had a very nice blend of white cracker malts to semi-peppery hops with an ample amount of floral hops drawing their strength upon the entire blend.
The flavor brings the strength! It melds the sweet white cracker to the peppery hops and allows a refined floral semi-sweet quality rolling in for a stellar blend. Subtle aftertaste of semi-bitter floral hops with smooth clean white cracker malts.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied but sat just a touch under with a superb sessionability about it. Good carbonation with some clean semi-grassy and mellow peppery to floral hoppy finish.
Overall, I liked it a lot for me and would definitely welcome again preferably in the Summer but also nice enough to break up the monotony of Winter.
