On tap at Foam Brewers.
The appearance was a semi-fluorescent and bright yellow to orange color with a small white semi-foamy head falling off delicately.
The aroma had a beautiful lime zesty semi-sweet to floral, some kiwi and pineapple.
The flavor leaned towards a semi-sweet side of blending the prior mentioned aromas together on into a superb smooth zesty hoppy character. Mellow aftertaste of some floral and zesty hop somewhat kiwi-like.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Some dryness and some zesty harshness but nothing really overbearing, just there. Finishes semi-crisp with a nice clean zesty to sweet and subtle tart to sour quality.
Overall, I'd say a very nicely done sour fruited ale. Well worthy of coming back to preferably in Summer.
