A: The beer is hazy light pale yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and some lacing on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of gooseberry green grape and lime are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of lemon/lime along with hints of gooseberry. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The hops in this pilsner aren't overpowering, but they do impart aromas and flavors that you would expect from New Zealand hops. It is very easy to drink.

Canned 12/30/20, poured in a Ritzenhoff Bristol Schwenker 1/11/21. Great thick 3-finger head, light cloudy sunrise color befitting a fine pils. This is my first Endurance and damn this may be my favorite pils ever. Lemon for days...citrus peel...fresh flakey light biscuit...crisp as fuck...the refreshment level of this is off the charts—I want this throughout the summer!! And at 5% it’s perfect for session drinking especially as there is zero drop-off in flavor in its ABV. Foam is one of my go-to breweries and this is just another reason why I love them so much.

16 oz. can.
Canned 04/23/20.
Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a bright, light straw colored body with a little lacing. Head is mostly gone after a few minutes, but comes back after a couple vigorous swirls. Nose of aggressive (for a pilsner) hops with aromas of pine and citrus. Taste of those hops as well. Nice pils feel and overall, this is a hop lovers pilsner to be sure. Cheers to Foam for a well-made, hop-forward German Pilsner!
