How apropos to add this on St. Paddy's Day!
16 oz. can.
Can's bottom:
"Canned On
03/11/21/ 12:15
SLAINTE"
Moderate pour yields a one (+) inch tan head over a dark, dark brown body with some lacing. Nose of dark, roasted malt and very slight cocoa powder. Taste is roasty with bitter chocolate, milk chocolate, and cocoa powder. A bit of caramel and fudge come through on the finish. Very tasty! Nice feel and overall, I'd call this a Semi-Dry Irish Stout, but definitely not sweet at all with the slightest of bitterness at the very (bitter?) end. I'd recommend this to anyone who enjoys any type of Stout.
Cheers to the boys on the lake for this one!
