Spectacular sour! A very cloudy pour--bright yellow with the faintest touch of red. Visually resembles a juicebomb IPA. The flavor is surprisingly complex for a sour ale. The fruits chosen initiates the unique quality of this singular sour. I never even heard of Lulo and Curuba before tasting this. Lulo gives the beer an upfront citrus quality; Curuba contributes a nice sweetness to balance the beer's subtle tartness. And surprise, surprise--you can taste a hint of banana in the finish. Why? Well Curuba is also called Passionfruit Banana. Brilliant!
