An episode that started by emptying the entire contents of a pint can into a clear glass liter mug. Although chilled, the pour produced an unreasonable amount of stark white foam which quickly began to recede unevenly and unattractively. The liquid beneath isn't all that pretty, neither. It's cloudy and dull yellow-amber. The aroma begins to redeem things, as it's sharply hopped with a nice blend of citrus and pine references. Unfortunately, that's about all there is to taste. Whatever starches are used for this backbone, it certainly isn't barley malt, provide only shallow sweetness and very little body. A nice blend of hops can only take a beer so far. To taste, the citrus character overtakes the pine. Completely lacking is any layered depth, taste transitions, nor malt balance. It's a one note performance, not that it's a badly played note, but good IPAs, even American hazies, bring more appreciable complexity. The foam didn't last long and the lacing was erratic and scant. This goes down hill after the first whiff.

This one is ok but comes in a bit modest. Decent hazy favor but just not enough to come back to this one again.

Pours an opaque yellowish orange with a short cap of white foam that leaves nice lacing. The aroma is muted but there is present grapefruit not as well as some orange. The flavor is dominated by grapefruit and orange. There's hints of melon as well. There is a slight bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied. Well carbed. This is a an excellent beer that I enjoyed thoroughly.

This is a pretty beer that looks like dried straw and is hazy (SRM 1-2). The head is tight, off white, and holds one inch for a while before slowly settling to a very thick blanket.
The aroma opens with orange and grapefruit before drifting toward pine straw. Later, the pine straw yields to herbal aromas before returning towards the end of the session.
This one is quite bitter in an AO IIPA glass. There is far more onion that citrus, although mango and pineapple are evident. The finish is long, astringent, and powerful. Warmth permits a token sweetness. This one is all about the hops.
A smooth satin texture works well with the light to medium body. Alcohol is far above the label. Carbonation is modest and dry.
This is a good hazy IPA. I am enjoying it on a cold, windy day with bright sunshine. It probably would pair well with a Monterey Jack cheese.

Pale yellow appearance with a white fluffy dense lasting head and good lacing. Grapefruit, orange, and pine notes. Moderate to light body, effervescent mouthfeel.

My local packie gets tons of foam and I couldn’t be happier. This beer was canned on 1/3/2024, super fresh. Color is a pale yellow with a nice frothy bubbly head. The froth laces the glass as you drink. Aroma wise you get some herby scents mixed with some tropical fruit. Taste wise you get fruity melon, pineapple and orange. A nice low bitter bite, mixed with a good balance of carbonation. Medium mouthfeel and goes down so easy.
