Mahogany with a 2" tan head, which lasts. Heavy lacing.
Aroma is coffee, chocolate, roast malt, licorice.
Taste follows nose: Coffee, chocolate, roast malt, licorice. Astringent.
Full body, dry, astringent finish.
Now, this is a Porter. Outstanding.

16 ounce can.
Canned 12/23/21.
Vigorous pour yields a 5/4 inch tan head over a black body with some sticky lacing.
Head dissipates sooner than expected.
Nose of roasted malt with a bit of chocolate malt as well with the slightest of coffee aroma.
Taste of chocolate and a little burnt coffee; also, slight peanuts, especially on the finish.
Mouthfeel was a bit of a disappointment, but still good.
Overall, a fairly tasty and enjoyable Baltic Porter and worth a try.
Cheers to the lads on the lake!
