04/27/22 on bottom of can. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Pale lightly hazy straw yellow with 1-2 finger white foamy, big-bubbled head with average retention and sparse lacing.
S: Pretty subdued hop aroma with grapefruit, orange, and tangerine, light bready pale malt aroma, low yeast esters
T: Flavor is much more interesting than the aroma profile with steady blasts of citrus with tangerine, white grapefruit, pith, lemon, and orange with a hint of maltiness in the late-palate. Low to no esters, moderate bitterness.
M: Lean and dry with light body, moderate carbonation, and dry finish.
O: A fine WCIPA with lighter than desired aroma but it brings it in flavor and feel. Nice beer, hope they bring it back again in the future.
