Canned on 11/12/25. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Deep amber-red with 1-finger beige foamy head with good lacing.
S: Light caramel and bubble gum esters
T: Flavor is a little one-shot with light caramel, herbal hopping, and mild bitterness. Esters also prominent in the flavor with fruit gum.
M: soft medium body with moderate carbonation and full finish
O: Not the dry, sharp red ale you hope for. Soft and not enough bitterness and malt and hop intensity to be in the good group.
