Pours a very large creamy frothy 3+ finger tan head with great retention, fair soapy lacing, dark mahogany color with a touch of ruby light
Nose brings some chocolate, cocoa, a bit of roast, coffee and cream notes, a touch of baking spices, light spicy hop
Taste brings some roast up front, roasted malts, a bit of coffee and cream notes, into spicy hops, a bit earthy with fair bitterness, hint of a dark roasted almost metallic note, a little cocoa, drier soft finish, lingering spicy hops and some roasted malts
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med frothy carb
Overall pretty good
