Classic North American Pale Ale
Malt Forward
Balanced Hop Bitterness
Style: Our approachable, amber-coloured Pale Ale has a slight haze, and feature aromas of citrus along with caramel malts, giving it a beautifully complex character.
IBU: 35
Aroma: Citrus along with caramel malts
Taste: Our Citrusy Pale ale is a nod to the original North American style of pale ale, which is hop forward with citrus notes.
Finish: A dry, resinous finish that is balanced by a caramel malt
Food Pairing: Our Citrusy Pale Ale is well balanced by malt sweetness to help counteract the heat and spice in your food. Meanwhile, the citrusy hop finish adds a depth of flavour which makes spiced dishes like Tandoori Chicken and Biryani really shine.

Pours clear bronze with a frothy, shortlived tan head. The aroma is of field berries, citrus and rich butterscotch notes. The taste is hop forward with lemon, pine and floral notes. Toffee malts provide ample balance. The mouthfeel is light bodied with subdued carbonation. Moderate bitterness in the malty, citrusy finish.
Quite dark and malty for the style. Still well balanced and complex. Worth a try.

Pours a gorgeous brass/copper colour, with fluffy one inch white head that lasts a good time!
Caramel malts, clean grains, floral hops on the nose
Funny to see what some people like in a PS and some don’t. For me, the earthiness in this is a wonderful breath of fresh air, and balanced well by all the flavours. This is Creemore, of which you can typically expect a straight up example of whatever style they are brewing, a very crisp and refreshing one, slightly subdued, and balanced. And they hit the mark here. Lightly bitter up front that gets slowly balanced out by some sweeter, mildly toasty caramel malts, ending up with a crisp lightly bitter, lightly grainy finish. Hops are floral and slightly citrusy.
As said before, and summed up perfectly by thehyperduck, you know what to expect from
Creemore. Though I’ll say this is an absolutely excellent offering from them and above average from what I expected. This is a great PA I could return to, perfect for when I’m in the garden and I’m looking for that perfect intersection between ABV, flavour, and drinkability (love Belgians, stouts, but on a day that’s 40C with the humidex, this is the beer I’m cracking open in the garden!) Really enjoy this one by Creemore

I bought a can at the LCBO in Ontario 473ml at 5.6%.
Poured into glass with a 2finger head leaving a lace as you drink it.
Well balanced flavors just the right amount with citrus not overpowering.
Overall a great pale ale beer.
Very enjoyable and refreshing.
Cheers

473 mL can from the LCBO; coded Mar 17 2022 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a brassy orange-amber colour; its body is somewhat foggy, and topped with nearly one finger of smooth, creamy, off white-coloured head that seeps off within a couple of minutes. A modest smattering of sticky lace is flung about, with a thin, bubbly collar and sudsy film remaining on the surface - looks like a pale ale, alright. The aroma is subdued, but generally appealing - I'm getting toasted grains/breadiness, faint caramel and suggestions of floral, citrusy hops.
It's a serviceable pale ale, both mild and balanced - lightly caramelized sugars and bready malt sweetness at the forefront, with relatively subtle American hop flavours rounding out the back end. A tad lemony, with floral, earthy bitterness, orange pith and restrained malt sweetness lingering into the aftertaste. Light-medium in body, with moderately assertive carbonation that feels prickly and crisp on the tongue, resulting in a lively, refreshing mouthfeel. A solid 'lunchpail ale' that probably won't excite many BAs, but should be acceptable to most.
Final Grade: 3.83, a manageable B+. It's true that Creemore Springs has been making good beer for longer than I've been a beer geek, but they've never been an especially 'flashy' craft brewer. What I mean is, this is almost exactly what I would've expected out of a 'Creemore Pale Ale' - balanced flavours for wide appeal, with no flaws whatsoever. It's nothing novel, or even particularly memorable, but it's precisely the sort of beer I could see myself drinking all night without getting sick of. I'd take this over their Boundless IPA, for sure.
